Meet Our Team

CUA has a versatile cadre of engineering staff with a very broad range of experience accumulated over its 20+ year history, including spacecraft hardware flight qualification and delivery, and software productization and distribution. Due to its nimble small business structure and our multidisciplinary engineers, CUA is well-positioned for accelerated program efforts and the flexibility to address customers specialized requirements and rapid turnaround. Additionally, our close partnership with the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign allows us to engage with some of the finest engineering/scientific minds in the world to enable not just state-of-the-art solutions to difficult problems, but also visionary concepts.

Justin Camp

Senior Engineer

Mr. Camp is a Senior Engineer at CUA and has worked for the company since 2018. He graduated from the Southern Illinois University with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering in 2020.

Ryan Fox

Staff Engineer

Mr. Fox is a Staff Engineer at CUA and has worked for the company since 2022. He graduated from Western Michigan University with a B.S.E. in Aerospace Engineering in 2021.

Iain Murphy

Mr. Murphy is a Staff Engineer at CUA and has worked for the company since 2022. He graduated from the University of the Pacific with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering in 2017.

Magdalena Parta

Staff Engineer

Ms. Parta is a Staff Engineer at CUA and has worked for the company since 2019. She graduated from the University of Illinois with a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering in 2020.

Mark Smart

Mr. Smart is a Staff Engineer at CUA and has worked for the company since August 2021. He attended the University of Illinois in Electrical Engineering.
